A: Enter "DTV" plus your account number (e.g. DTV123456) for your username and use the password provided to you (or your existing password). If your account number begins with a 0, please exclude that from your username. A: If you manage multiple locations, you'll need to log in with the account number for the location you wish to manage. Place your mouse over the icon of the person and then select switch accounts. Click on the account that you'd like to switch to. Keep in mind the greyed out account is the account currently selected.
